“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”
As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Last year, I went to the doctors office for my yearly checkup and my doctor (who else) told me that I was a couple of pounds under the average weight for my age (I’m talking about 5). And my mom being my mom, asked what she should do to get me to gain weight, and my doctor told us two easy things:
Add vegetable oil to food that you cook. Basically sub normal cooking oil for veggy oil. Purchase and drink ORGANIC MILK instead of 1% or 2%.
Please DON’T LISTEN to these people telling you to eat all of this CRAP FOOD. It’s just going to rot your diet and make you gain weight in an UNHEALTHY way! Healthy foods also have fats that are natural and if you know what you are eating then in no time your should be gaining a few healthy pounds.
Also, don’t stay away from sports. While people that they make you lose weight, it’s false. Sports actaully add muscle to your body with will also add pounds. =) Hope I helped!
it is easy just eat eat and eat
if you cant gain weight, build muscle. our muscles are the most important thing to keep stong and in shape. eat beans, eggs, and peanutbutter for protience. dont eat too much nuts tho, because they got oils and fats. turkey is the best meat to eat too!
like miikaylaaa said. taking it one step further, eating right before you go to bed will convert much of your food into stored fat. DO work out like she said, but do it at night. exercise makes your metabolism speed up, and if you do it in the morning, then it’s runnin’ fast all day long, just burning calories. I would tend to disagree with the organic milk thing…regular milk has growth hormones in it. growth hormones make you wait for it GROW! and if you can’t grow up, you grow out. shoot for whole milk, too. if you’re a girl, this is a natural way to make your boobs grow a bit, too. at any rate, you’re going to be living the dream for the next month or so. best of luck,

like she said, work out… and they have this protein stuff that helps at most vitamin stores…
eat a lot. and dont exersize that much
eat 3 hotdogs 2 hamburgers large sprit then you just keep nameing things you like 2 eat
