Will eating more throughout the day help my weight loss regimen?

Well im about 5’3” and weigh around 119. i would love to lose ten pounds. i eat completely healthy and try to exercise when i can. Im buying myself a treadmill and will start brisk walking/jogging/running even though i dont have much time for it since im busy with homeschooling, piano, golf, french, friends, and family. What im asking is how can i lose these ten pounds? Ive been trying for the past two months and havent really lost anything. should i eat more than i already do because i get full pretty fast and hardly eat throughout the day and also how many miles a day should i do on my treadmill? Thank you very much.

Cardiovascular. Run half a mile each day, Then change it to a whole mile then to 1 and a half andkeep going in intervals of more and more =]

What do you mean by “eating more”? If you reduce your regular portion by half and start eating six meals instead of three, it MAY help your metabolism. But if you mean eating more eating more… it won’t help at all.

If you’re that busy, it’s a good thing you’re buying that treadmill. Set aside 10 minutes 3 times a day to use that thing. Just try to jog the whole time. When you’re getting used to exercising, try to do up to 60 minutes per day.

Do remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so even if the scale says no weight has been lose, your body does look more toned.

I’ve talked about this in detail under Childhood Obesity on my website www.farawaysister.com
