How can I lose waist/hip/butt fat?

I’m a 13 year old girl 5’4” currently weighing 117 and the upper part of my body is tiny as a twig but then most of it drops to my thighs I play volleyball and have been trying to eat very healthy lately and drink water but I’ve only lost one pound I am in gym everyday at school and we always run but I need to lose weight I feel soo fat I can’t even begin to tell yew even though everyone else says I’m not please give me ideas on what to eat or what I can do to help shed some pounds thanx;D

losing wight isn’t easy thing as many people say. you are 13 years old so you are growing up every day. the GYM help 25% to loose your wight and 70% is your life style. 1st, every morning when you wake up start doing push up, and abdomen exercises. 2ed, eat vegetables as much as you want and cook most of your food without oil. 3ed, running will give physical ability and you don’t need that right now, you need to walk fast, for example if you are using machine make your speed 4,0-4,5 for 30 min. this is the best way to burn fat.

don’t except to see a result in a month or two, it will take time, lots of work, and changing in life style.
