How can I lose belly fat and gain it on my hips and butt?

Hi fellow physician. I’m a mother of two children. I just gave birth 17wks ago to my second child. I’ve always been extremely bony as people used to say. After giving birth to my son seven years ago, I haven’t been able to loose the belly fat AT ALL! On the other hand my butt and hips are non-existant! I have the smallest legs and arms too. I started drinking soy protein twice a day to gain weight and someone suggested taking cortiless pills to eat up the belly fat. About five years ago out of nowhere my butt and thighs got bigger, aside from that big stomach I had..a girl was SXY!! How can I get that weight back and loose my stomach fat? Please don’t tell me to have sx because that’s obviously not working for me..just keep making babies..lol.

Well, it’d be nice if we could direct our excess fat wherever we wanted, I sure wouldn’t mind it. :) You can talk with your primary care physician but I’d recommend talking to a dietitian/nutritionist who will be able to start you on a solid food and exercise plan. The American Dietetic Association’s website should help you begin the process and locate a registered dietitian close to your home.. it’s an excellent starting source. A RD will also be able to provide you with an individual plan that can help you achieve what you want. Take care! -S

well you can take a two mile run everyday 2 lose stomach fat I would try to do it over the summer and 4 da butt and thighs eat collage greens fried pork chop cornbread and it will start coming in but remeber 2 keep walking/jogging 4 2 miles and you will be looking like keri hilson
