How can I lose fat from hips and thighs!?

Hi!…Im 21, 5’7’’,121.3 pounds. I’m really thin but I feel that my hips are not in proportion with my upper body. Could you guys please tell me what I can do lose fat from this area?

jog. or even take a fast pace walk. treadmill will work just as well. dont overdue yourself tho. do more every week or so.
