How can I lose maybe 15 in. Off my waist in a month?
I am having a pool party in june and I want to show off my body a little bit. Not much. But I really dont feel comfortable in my own skin anymore. I am 5’5, and my waist is about 44 in. I think it is partially normal. My bmi is 26.68…please dont say im a fat @$$. It would ruin me. But I need to loose exactly 2.68 bmi’s. I would like to loose 30 lbs. I really need to loose these things…and just a p.s. We dont really have any money to spare…so ya…
there isn’t really an easy way to do it. It will be lots of hard work and you need to be motivated and do it NOW.
30 lbs is very extreme so is 15. It may be unhealthy to just jump into some intense training and diet to lose fat. You should consult a doctor, nutritionist or trainer first.

You can try but that is 3.75 pounds a week!!! That means that you will also be loosing muscle and you don’t want to loose muscle. Max per week should be 2 pounds. But even if you loose 10 pounds and get the right bathing suit for your body type and a nice tan I think will work great for you.
I once lost 12lbs in a month. This was when I was in wrestling, and I ate healthy, organic, stuff. I ran 5 miles every day and lifted weights. You should do that.
You can’t loose 30 pounds in a month in a healthy way. Even half of that would be extreme. Also the normal BMI calculator is supposed to work for adults. If you are a teen then you need a teen BMI calculator and you may get different numbers. But BMI is a little controversial anyway since is not very accurate. Why don’t you find a range of how much a girl of your age and height is supposed to weight and then see how that works.
you can do a detox diet for the first week. look online I think you need 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk powder,1 teaspoon of betonite clay, and a half of teaspoon of ginger powder, and apple juice all oraganic. look online for the measurements but you add that together with 8 ounces of apple juice and drink chasing it with water. this will clean out your colon in a healthy way. you will need a laxative I recommend swiss kriss herbal laxative because its organic. make sure you don’t use the laxative for more than a week. go to the health store to get the ingredients, its very inexpensive, you can get a pound of each for less than 10 dollars, less than that depending on how much you want to spend. take this drink, how many times you want its up to you but no more than 5, I did 2-3 a day and took 2 laxatives morning and night. during the week. go on a juice fast during that week, vegatable juices, fruit smoothies, whatever you like. you can go on raw foods if the juice fast is too restrictive or vegan if the raw food is even too much. but for best results the juice is the best for cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 7 days no lie, even though it was mostly water weight. after the week is up go on raw food diet for the next 2 weeks and workout out doing cardio and strength training every other day. I would also recommend p90x ab workout every other day, you can download it free on the computer. the fourth week I would go vegan continuing the workouts especially the abs, its important to add strength training because it tones you and burns fat def. be careful because after you complete the juice fast your going want to eat everything, have discipline and control remember your commitments and goals and that bathing suit. its going to be hard but the results will be worth it and its healthy with fast results. no working out during the detox week, very unhealthy. during the raw food add protein, I recommend a protein shake its 20$ its thats too expensive add beans or peanut butter
