how can I lose 30 lbs in one month??? or even two months!!!

try splitting your workouts to 2 times a day. I try to work out in the morning and in the evening to burn extra calories. also do your weight lifting before your cardio this burns more calories. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and try lemon water it detoxifies your system, replace pop with propel fitness water. These are just some things I have done and I have lost 80 pounds. Just don’t be stupid, take care of your body, make sure to eat enough and eat often. Is helps to have a partner, so one you can count on to work out with and help you keep on track with healthy eating. You can do this!! Good luck, God bless and take care!

DUDEMISTER = shut up. that’s not helpful. besides it is possible to lose 30lb in 1mth. it just takes a lot of hard work.

Hi, I’ve heard of people losing 30 lbs in a month. It’s not impossible. People shouldn’t say things that’s not going to help or encourage.
