How can I lose 10 pounds in a month and I am 13 years old???

I am 13 years old and I weigh 162. I should weigh 154 because I am very tall and I really need some tips on ways to lose weight. I also need tips on things to eat and things not to eat in the process of losing weigh.

Thank you soo much me and my mom are now running every night and we joined a kickboxing club and we are working out and doing more activities. we are eating a lot better too thanks for all the advice (:

If you just want to loose wait as a short term thing (which I wouldn’t really recommend because you’ll turn into a yo-yo dieter) then you must only eat 3 times a day, so no snack food. Make sure everything you eat is less than 1g of fat except for dinner which would be hard. For 3 days a week try being a vegan but without eating chips etc.

Exercising every day: Do a cardio workout (running machine..10mins) and then abb, leg muscle workouts like pilates (10 mins) Keep switiching over until you’ve done at least 40 mins of workout. Try make it interesting by adding some dancing etc.

Meals: Breakfast A piece of fruit eg.Banana Musli cereal (99% fat free like “Special K”) with either low fat yoghurt or trim milk

Lunch: 1 slice of whole meal toast with a poached egg and tomato or make a chicken salad

Tips: *Exercise when you wake up as your less likely to snack during the day.

      *For short term results sleep heaaapsss during the day as then you wont be awake to snack. (probably best for the weekend)
      *Keep active during the day as boredom leads to snacking
      *Try not eat too much carbs like Bread because that want help you trim down quickly so avoid bread.

Please note : These are only short term fixes for like looking good for a special occasion

4 words… Eat less, Move more. Trim fats(butter, cream, creamy salad dressings, sour cream, FRIED foods), excess sugar (switch to unsweetened drinks or fruit drinks), and calorie rich snacks (potato chips, cake, cookies) from your diet.

For the “Move more” part, just become more active. Doing something you like to do is the best way to keep it up - dog walking, sledding, skiing, power walking, Wii sports (active ones), what ever.

Just make lunch big and have small thngs for dinnr and breakfast.and for excersiz I like what mizzdee said
