How does a 13 year old boy lose weight quick?

I`m 200 pounds 5 feet 8 inches and loves to eat. Big football player and want to change positions.

im sorry mate but exercise. You need to exercise. I need the opposite, put on weight. What you need to do is not cut down on what you eat but balance it all out, and eat healthy stuff. but make sure its not all healthy, balance it. It will take time and dont rush it. If you ever feel like giving up, think of the girls/guys you will get with you good body. Believe in yourself, Work hard and eat a balanced diet.
