To get big muscles you need to lift big weights. (thats the short answer) Do some study on “bodybuilding” with weights.
thas the best way but if your not doing ti right or to much it can cause you to get seriously hurt and then you can start loosing muscle so you should look in to a personal trainer or talk to a doctor also eat right and drink lots af water and milk
