How can I gain about 10 pounds fast, like 2 weeks?

I weigh 100 pounds and I am 5’4. I’m in 9th grade. I really wanna gain about 10 pounds becuase I think I’m too skinny. So how can I gain weight fast?

If you can afford it go to GNC and get a weight gainer. Get the ones with the highest calorie per serving and take it when you wake up, between lunch and dinner and right before you go to bed. Also eat a lot of starches, breads, carbs, water and lift heavy weights without any cardio. Do this for the ten days but don’t do it on a regular basis by any means.

I wouldn’t recommend stuffing your face - yeh you’ll put on weight fast, but it’s better just to gradually increase your calorie intake and slowly eat more foods with higher fats and higher sugars.. making sure you eat regularly is important, so maybe just by increasing portion sizes and adding more calories to your diet and to each meal will help you to put on weight healthily.. just remember if you go on one mad binge to put on weight, it’s not healthy and it’ll shock your body if you’re not used to it. do it the right way and even if it takes a little bit longer, good luck :)x oh and just because you want to put on weight, you should still eat fruits and veggies, they’re good for you and healthy. :)x

Wow Am Astonished. I Wanna lose Weight While You want To Gain Weight. Well What I Do Is Eat a Lot.Eat Fats. Lots Of Them. Candy,Bread,Doughnuts. You Name It. Drink Soda,Punch,Fruit Juice. Everything! But Just Do Not Eat Fruits And Vegatables. :) Hoped I Helped I Have A Lot Of Body Fat So I Should Know.

Yeah, but already I do eat a lot and I eat when I’m bored. And I just don’t gain weight.
