How can I gain 10 pounds (I feel to skinny)?

Hi . Well I am 4’10 and I am 18 years old and I just weighed myself and I am only 98 pounds.. My weight usually changes from like 94 to about 100 pounds.. But I really want to try and gain like 10 pounds because I dont feel girlie enough, I feel too skinny, and my mom wants me to gain a few pounds too. Its not like I look skeletal , bc I dont I just want to be a little bit curvier… And I eat whatever I want and dont gain weight, why is that? So what should I do to go about this? What should I eat?

Please give me all the advice you can think of (:

wow, and yeah im the same way also I eat like every thing so drink boost, drinks, try to eat 3 meals a day a lot of patatoes and meats its okay to eat sugary foods bt we don’t want to get diabetes, and bread a lot of bread. and smoothies, walnuts, peanut butter.

I used to weight 125 and now I weight 103 due to my matablolism going way up. I’ve tried gaining weight, ect ect and my friend has the same problem. so far I dont think there is anything you can do about it,srry, just get into shape and be healthy really. but no promises you’ll gain weight. just enjoy Gods gift he gave to you maybe when you get older youll gain but still no promises.

I have the sameee problem. I eat all the junk in the world and dont gain a single pound! let me know when you find a solution!:)

I am a guy and I have the same problem you do. I’ve tried lots of things like weight gain powers they sell in fitness stores, earing large planned meals, doing exercise that is supposed to increase muscle size and mass. None of it worked. Maybe some of those things would work for you, but you may just be stuck with a slender body. I know that a lot of people would kill to have that problem, but I do sympathize. If your thin you can be fit and healthy, but it is hard to deal with being a relative weakling.
