How bad is it to drink a lot of energy drinks?
on the weekends me and my friends stay up all night on friday but it can be hard to stay up both nights so we get energy drinks.(16 oz.) on friday we only buy one enrgy drink and will keep us up all night and then we go and get one on saturday morning but on saturday night were tired by midnight so we always have at least 3 drinks that night. someone said that it can be bad to mix 3 drinks in one night. is that it really true? because we only use 3 different brands and we dont drink them at the same time we drink them like every 2 hours

lol what the f*ck man drinking that much in one night could be bad for you and the way you use them to stay up all weekend is bad for your health most energy drink work by giving you a sugar and caffine rush,and I bit of natural herbs helps your body stay stable,the reason you’re tired by saturday morning is because your body is crashing,if you start drinking a lot, your body will be dependent of the drink and you’ll probably start having with draws,which sucks
so just be careful,look up other ways to give you energy,like food and stuff I used to play sports and I used bananas raisins and oats for energy
oh yeah if you want the energy drinks to work better,have a full meal before so your body has something to burn,or I used to eat a Power Bar and drink a red bull and that gave me a good rush for me to ride with, but once again be careful with tose things laters
LOL energy drinks are ausome but they shrink your heart and will age you three times faster (not good) I know because my dad is a er doctor
I used to have a problem with energy drinks/energy pills (stackers), and let me tell you…they’re fun to play around with at first, but can become very addicting when used in mass quantities. In my college days I’d pop 6-8 stackers and slam 3-4 energy drinks in one day and would speed my balls off. Fun to be on at first, but when you get to that point where I was you wind up crashing and burning when you’re unable to continue the habit, and it isn’t fun, NOT ONE BIT!!! I’d pretty much drop dead for 3-4 days straight, barely being able to walk, let alone function. So if you’re just drinking energy drinks here and there, I wouldn’t think they’d cause too much of a problem until they become habit. And they are habit forming…so be careful!
you’re going to be suuuper exhausted… and that definitely isnt good for you. >_<
