Don’t suggest this to them. To the poster: You can’t and still be healthy . Excercise on a daily basis, go to bed at a reasonable time, tenish if you are in highschool earlier if you are younger. Drink water and eat healthy meals. Don’t binge on food and fatty foods but don’t starve yourself , please. Losing weight is not worth destroying yourself. Why do you need to lose the pounds?
it depends on your height and weight but if you are really determined you would basically not eat the entire week and do some type of moderate or fast paced exercise for atleast an hour everyday. your results may not be actual weight, but just water weight. you’ll probably lose more inches than pounds

not true.eat every day but eat healthy,and excersize.I gained 10 lbs because im a pih around people’s b-day partys and eat a lot so I did that and it worked.I accually lost 7 lbs.
I’d say don’t eat or severely resrict and exercise.
