hooking up two laptops to one internet connection???
Okay so I have one laptop hooked up to the internet right now, using a verizon wireless usb stick. I was wondering if it is possible to hook up my other laptop to that connection? If so.. does anyone know how to go about doing this? I want to try and figure it out ASAP. So please anything you know may help.. thanks!! :)
Start menu -> network connections -> right click on you’re wireless connection -> properties -> Advanced tab, tick “allow other notwork users to connect through this computer’s internet connection”
Then plug you’re two laptops together using a (I think) straight through cable and you should have a internet connection. if not get up the lan connection on both computers and click repair.
