No internet connection to local telephone poles

I called verizon to let them know that I could not access the internet from my home computer

After guiding me through to figure out what the problem was they told me “there is no connection with your local telephone poles and to have a technician come out to fix the problem”

I was forced to disable my entire computer due to work that is being done on my house

I called verizon again and the representative wanted me to hook my computer back up so she could try to process what the problem was

In which I cannot do due to the current conditions of my home

I just want a technician to come out and fix this problem because I am getting a laptop within a week and would like to have internet connection

If you can’t help them, they can’t help you.

You say you can’t hook up your computer because of work being done on your house…well, that’s not Verizon’s problem.

When you get your laptop, call them and see about working it through with them then.
