the whole non snacking thing does work but I couldnt commit lol and no eating after 7 because after 7pm ish anything you eat doesnt turn to energy it automatically stores as fat

why do you want to loose weight so quickly its not healthy but if you really want to loose it eat lots of fruits and vegetables, eat celery—lots of it, and constantly and drink LOTS of water and excersize…cardio only but not too much goodluck

Plan 3 meals a day. Maybe cereal for breakfast (a healthy kind) a sandwich for lunch (a healthy kind) and something else for dinner (something healthy OF COURSE) and ABSOLUTELY NO SNACKING IN BETWEEN. then, try going out for a 20min jog everyday and then doing sit-ups, push-ups, squats and whatever else you can think of at night or in the morning. Pretty much you just gotta be consistent. stay with your meal plan and stay with your excersize. dont skip out one day or anything.

Any weight loss more than 2 lbs a week is unhealthy, even if you manage to do it with the absolute most healthy regiment of diet and exercise. But if you need to drop rapid weight just to make a cut-off or something, then it’s going to be all water weight. For the 1st 6 days, diet and tons of aerobic workouts. Don’t drink anything but water. Then a day or 2 before your weigh-in, cut all intake to the bare minimum, and take diuretics and laxatives. You can drop almost 5 lbs in water weight overnight just by giving yourself diarrhea
