Help me stop throwing up

I’m bulemic, and it’s gotten to the point where I don’t even have to stick my finger down my throat,. My body just naturally throws up when I eat a certain amount. I like it, because I feel less guilty, because it seems as though it’s happening naturally. I eat, and then I see friends, people on tv with nice bodies, and then I think of my boyfriend, and how he used to like this girl who was really pretty adn thin, over me, and then when he started liking me, I was already bulemic, and now I can’t stop, becuase I don’t want to get fat, and I feel fat all the time. My best friend is really fit and in shape, and she is obssesed with apperearance, and I want to stop throwing up but its like a cycle that wont’ stop. How do I stop?

I used to be anorexic, I bordered on bulimia towards the end. There is no quick fix, there are no quick easy steps to making it better. By you admitting you have a problem and asking for help means you have the power, the self control and the ability to get better. It’s a very hard process, I won’t lie to you, it’s a long journey. The hardest part is going to get real professional help, but you have to. As much as you would like your friends and family to be able to fix it, they can’t no matter how much they want to. Tell your mom, dad, or whoever that whats going on if they don’t already know, they’ll be able to help you seek professional help. From what you say, it sounds like you have friends around you, generally they will support you through anything you do. Tell those you trust, they wont always know what to do, but they will support and help you as best you can. Just because your boyfriends ex was skinner doesn’t mean anything. He’s dating you now, that means he likes you the way you are. If he’s dating you, he thinks your pretty, I promise, guys are too visually simulated to honestly date someone they dont think is attractive. Keep yourself healthy, eat healthy things, not to the point where youre ready to throw up, you know your limits. Exercise. Avoid fashion magazines and tv, they aren’t helpful when it comes to body image. If you want to funmail me about anything, feel free to do so, I’ve been in your shoes. You have a long road ahead of you, I wish you the best of luck, and know, you can do it.

ok im bot bulemic, but I know A LOT of people that are and I’ve helped many people with it. Bulimia and anorexia are very mental things. Your head is telling you something that your really not. Its much more than throwing up..so if you can accept yourself for who you are and how beautiful you are than that will be a big key to unlocking this disease. and ill tell you this I’ve had 14 boyfriends and most of them have cheated on me with other girls, but I was no reason to change myself that drastically, I mean of course it hurts but trust me your doing nothing but hurting yourself..so thats my input!
