Help me lose weight please, I've tried everything

Im 14. Im quite small 4ft 10” to be exact, and I weigh around 8st 2lbs which is about 114lbs. According to my BMI the healthy weight range for my frame is 76lbs-112lbs…so I’m over-weight. I love fashion, but my body brings me down soo much SOO MUCH that it hurts to look at myself in the mirror and see how I make GREAT CLOTHES look LIKE CRAP in the matter of a minute. I need to diet or I’ll drive myself to the edge. I’ve dieted a couple of times, healthy food diet, cut-down diet, exercse diet and an all-three-diet but no sucess I don’t have the motivation. I’m tried starving myself, but it dont work! Making myself sick, but when I try I dont purge. I hate my appearance. And I’m sure I’m not alone. I need help. Please. Thanks x

thanks djwager for you help :] unlike some people lol

prettygirlsmakegraves… Look, you are still fourteen. It’s totally impossible that you’ve tried everything. I’m 13, almost 5ft in height, 38 kg in weight… Which means I’m underwight. It’s really nice knowing you want to lose weight because you care for your health. My advice is to focus on one thing and one thing only: SELF-CONTROL… Trust me. It works. Just don’t do what other girls do… You know… Overeat then poke their throat so that they’d throw up…

Answer #3

Haha kirkman have some weight issues of your own maybe? because thats not nice :(

Sorry side tracted there, Yeah you need to eat ballanced and exercise to burn off balanced, your weight will doubtfully go down but up because your still growing a lot, but eating properly and exercising regularly will tighten everything up and make you skinnier and a more “active” looking person, and you will be, stick with that and it will grow with you!

Answer #4

youy need to extercise, and walk and everything

Answer #5

well your very young, and 114 lbs dosnt sound overweight. the first thing you need to know is that diets dont work! and by starving yourself your not getting skinnier, your getting weaker. your body needs food to fuel itself for the rest of the day, without fuel youll end up feeling weak and sluggish. so not eating dosnt do any good. eating healthy and exerscising reguarly is the way to go. you dont get results imediantly though. you need to be aware of that. but if you keep at it youll start to see the changes. just eat healthy foods or foods in moderation…also you could eat your food slower as it makes you fuller quicker (so you tend to eat less) and exerscise …start out with like 10 minutes a day. if you dont know what to do grab yourself a 10 minute exerscise dvd/video and work with that.

Answer #7

two words…chain saw…lol just kidding just kidding just kidding just simply stop eating as much but dont stop eating completely

Answer #8

for starters you are not over-weight, I am the exact same height as you and the exact same weight as you! you have to put on about another half of a stone to become over weight! if you are anything like me, and im of similar age, im 15, and I am interested in boys and boys like girls that have got a curvy body, they like girls to have a bit of meat on their bones, they dont like super skinny girls! also guys love short girls, so you are perfect in a boys eyes small, with a GORGEOUS curvy body! I love fashion too, just like you and yes there are certain styles of clothes that are in fashion at the moment that girls like us just shouldnt wear, but all it means is stay away from those clothes and find and wear the styles that do suit our figures!! I think it is important however to be healthy, so just make sure you exercise up to 3 times a week, to keep up your fitness and eat lots of fruit of veg, just so your healthy! and experiment with makeup and hairstyles, you dont have to be skinny to get get noticed!!! x

Answer #9

hmm well. ima give you 2 ttypes of advice, one will b me just giving out info that evryone always tells people and never work, the second I think may help and comes from inside

  1. eat tons of fruit and veggies and salads, or become a vegetarian/vegan. also excerise daily. And stay away from junk food products.

  2. k what I wrote as #1 I think is relle bull*hit because no one who relle wants to loose weight does that because poeple minds get side tracked way to often. so then people eat like one or two ..chips..then get carried away and feel guilty. for me. well im bulimic…and from advice from me…DO NOT develope a eating disorder..like no matter what happens please dont try to, beecause ull make urself sick and starving urself and throwing up sometimes doesnt work for a lot of people.im telling you to just eat healthy. like fruits and veggies and excercise. and if you cant stay on track, ask a friend for help, like exercise with them to keep you on trackk

hope that kinda helped ;)
