I cant lose weight? I've tried everything!

how do you lose weight without building muscle? I workout for an hour everynight and im still unhappy. I eat normally for my age and I play sports. I’ve looked up so many referances and tried everything. im 5’5 and about 160 Ibs. this isnt okay. im not happy and I need some help? am I just suppose to be fat? I’ve been smaller before…how do I go back? any suggestions?

Try eating more fruits and vegtables, cut out pop and drink water also if there’s any snacks as in chips or so cut that out.

-Make water your primary drink after breakfast (drink fruit juice for breakfast) -Write down everything you eat, you are less likely to overeat when you see what all you have eaten -NO fried foods - only grilled or baked. -Use spices and hotsauce instead of buttery flavorings -Carry around healthy snacks with you, so you wont get junk at vending machines -No salad dressing - use vinegar instead -Buy a pedometer, clip it to your belt, and aim for an extra 1,000 steps a day. -Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals. -Walk for 45 minutes a day -Use vegetables to bulk up meals. You can eat twice as much pasta salad loaded with veggies like broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes for the same calories as a pasta salad sporting just mayonnaise. -Avoid white foods -Carbs -Avoid any prepared food that lists sugar, fructose, or corn syrup

Listen to the above advice and then remember to stretch well after excercising because if you don’t you will probably start building muscle. Stretching lengthens your muscles after they have been shortened by excercise and therefore don’t cause you to gain muscle
