Trying to lose weight

So im trying to lose weight and have been workin out but nothing is helping. My weight gain started a couple years ago and when I started gaining my diet hadnt changed and recently I’ve been watchin what I eat but it isnt helping I’ve even been eating less. I work out maybe 30 min a day and still nothing. Although I’ve noticed my weight not increaseing as fast as it has in the past but its still increasing. When I work out im not lifting weight so I wouldnt think its cause im gaining muscle. What I’ve been doin is a lot of ab work outs and jogging for a mile or so. I’ve also tried lipo6 which is a fat burner but that doesnt seem to help either so what else do I need to do to lose weight?

try to dont eat much, do atleast 1 hour of exersise a day, try to eat more fish and chiken than meat and atleast 3 vegetables on the salad, doing this I’ve lost like 20 pounds in 3 months

Lift weights, the more muscle you gain, the more calories and fat you burn and it builds your metabolism.
