Sticking to a diet,

Im trying to start eating healthy but I cant stick to it :( any ideas?

It really helps if you tell everyone - that will put pressure on you to stick with it because you don’t want to let them down - you’ll like the results !!

You have to have those healthy treats near by. Whenever you feel like eating something you should be able to open that fridge and find that good stuff sitting right there. That way, you’ll be kinda forcing yourself to eat the carrots instead of the cookie (or something like that). Also, remember to eat every 4 hours, drink plenty of water, and excersize!

p.s. Yogurt does wonders! Try it.
