diet plateau

I started dieting 1200 calories in august of 2005 it’s now may and i have went from 310lbs to 228lbs but have not lost anything for 1 month. My weight keeps going from 228-232 back and forth still sticking to my 1200 calories but getting frustrated i am committed to getting to 160 please help me get there?

eating different its going to change much. u need to eat health and exsirsize so you can stay a weight and maybe every week or so add a little mor to ur work intill ur satisfied
