How healthy is a Sushi diet and how effective?

I’m really into sushi right now and I’ve heard that people go on sushi diets and lose a lot of weight… is it healthy? and how effective is it?

well it’s veggies and seafood, so it can’t be that bad! but the only thing that will make you ruin the diet is if you’re on it for too short of a period (like 2/3 weeks) then you go back to old habits
