Does the 7day diet really work? And what about all the other fad diets? If they do which ones have more results?

Fad diets, unfortunately, are just that : fads. They come and get attention from the news and press, and people pour money into them, and they don’t work. If they did work, everyone would do it and no one would have a weight problem.

The only real and proven way to lose weight is simple. Burn more calories than you eat. That means eating 3 healthy, balanced meals (no overindulging) and exercise.
