How do I get abs with out hurting my back before June??

If you want to see how strong your back is, lay on the floor, hands by your sides, feet pointed straight and touching. Then, slowly raise your legs and feet (be sure to keep them pretty straight) as high as you can go. Then lower them back onto the floor. If you can’t keep your back on the floor, this can help strengthen your lower back as well as the abs.

If it hurts your back to do ab exercises, that means that you don’t have strong enough back muscles so, you must stregnthen your back muscles (lower, especially) and if that doesn’t work, do your conditioning on a softer surface. Remember to do exercises for ALL parts of your abs. Many people make the mistake of doing only one exercise (such as crunches) and thinking that will get them a 6 pack.
