what sort of exercises will get me toned in four weeks?

I am a young girl and I want to make my belly flat I am not overwieght but I have a little flab that hangs out and I really want to look good when I go back to school because I was always made fun of. Is there ant way to loose this flab without dieting, pills or anything but exercise? If so what sort of exercises will get me toned in four weeks? Please help

dont eat a lot of sugar, and do the plank which is a good ab excercise, just like a pushup but you rest on your elbows and keep your body staright and keep that position for as long as possible, good for your core, that should tone them up
