What are healthy foods to eat in addition to my exercise?

i run and jog mon-fri for an hour ive been doing it for about 2 months now and i dont see any results! maybe its the food that i eat i need to loose weight fast … but please dont tell me to be anorexic or bulimic.can someone give me some advice for healthy or low in calarie foods i could eat??

Expend more energy than you eat, try varying your exercise, and over time you’ll lose weight…..just don’t give up on yourself. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fresh food in small amounts (6 meals a day) to increase your metabolism….hope that helps :)

Not everyone is meant to be waif thin.

Everyone gets on plateaus where they seem to stop loosing weight. After loosing some good weight in the beginning of this year I’ve been on a plateau for the last 5 months where my weight hasn’t changed even though I’ve been eating well and working out most days. Its just one of those things; progress is never steady. Of course even if you don’t see your weight dropping you may be making progress in your level of conditioning, building muscle, etc.

If you are really set on loosing a lot of weight fast than you basically have to starve yourself; this works short-term but it isn’t a long-term strategy.
