Crap food vs healthy food

How come I when I just eat fruits and vegies + exercise I dont lose any weight, but when I eat crap food+ exercise, I lose weight??? It doesnt make since. Why is that?

Whenever you’re eating crap you’re not getting proper nutrients so you’re body is naturally rejecting what you eat. You’re problem is that you eat too much. Quit worrying about how much you weigh and worry about how good you look…

Because you can’t build muscle without necessary nutrients found in vegetables and fruit. Muscle weights more than fat but looks better than someone who’s just skinny. That, and crap foods will destroy your health as you age.

Maybe it is just water weight. Also a balanced diet versus just one or the other is probably better (also healthier in the long run)

Right, it doesn’t make sense. The only possible explanation is water intake. Fruits/veggies are all water and water is very heavy. You may be weighing yourself with more water in you at the time.

Over time, however, crap foods will make you fatter compared to fruits and veggies.
