What are some healthy, good foods or meals to eat when on a diet?

Okay, well I’m trying to eat healthier and replace some of the bad unhealthy meals I eat. Anyone have any good, meal/snacks/reciepes or drink ideas? *ecspecially a healthy drink idea that can replace soda, besides water because I already know that. Lol. Thank you(:

For low cal snacks/minimeals:

Breakfast: 2egg whites and half a yolk salt and pepper a slice of turkey bacon or turkey

Lunch: Salad *dip your fork in the dressing (without food on it) and then pick up your food.

Snack: apple or other fuit

Dinner: Grilled chicken and steamed vegetables

well, have two salads a day be sure to have something like blue cheese or ranch dressing its heaver and you will feel more full, pita bread its lower in carbs than white bread always go wheat with your bread its straight up more healthier for your body, pile on the veggies steam some cabbage and mushrooms with just a bit of beef in it like a tiny bit, you want your body to feel like it is getting the carb in take that you where giving it before you started your dieting,that way you will not get hungry so easy.
