What would happen if we could use 100% of our brain?
Just wondering cause of that new movie limitless.
We do use 100% of our brain.. that 10% thing is a myth.
Actually i dont no about a movie, but i always wandered when i read a book about it. The book was telling how humans only use 10% of their brains there entire life. I wondered how would it be if we could use just a little more, even 15%. We could probably fly and read minds we will never know i guess. The book also stated that it would be impossible to live using your entire brain it wouldnt function right with so much going on.. anyways my opinion Lol :P
Being able to use more of your brain doesn’t mean being able to defy the laws of physics. Unfortunately, no flying for us, regardless of how much of our brains may or may not work.
i think its kind of like being phsycic. like people who are can access tht part of there brain wen the rest of us cant. thts just wt i think cuz spooky stuff hapens to all of us like all the time like we will think of a song and it will be on the radio or the same for a tv show. wen ur in a state of mind, u become more evolved, there fore using more of ur brain. kind of like evolution.
I said opinion :) So what do you think the rest of our brain would give us the potential to do?
Agreed! How can think of something, do something wiht only half of our brain?
we*
We do infact use 100% of our brains, but not all at the same time. Only something like 3% of our neurons fire at one time. Anymore and bad things happen!
Think. Reason, create, and hopefully, be more fully human and compassionate. There should be a node in there somewhere for that. In any case, we do use a whole lot of our brains, not just 10%. The fact is, really, that we use it so deeply that we’re not even conscious of what we do use it for.
Our heads would explode.
There is still lots of study devoted to this. When people say we only use 10%, what they mean is we use that much for our conscious self. Tests clearly show that there are electrons firing all throughout the brain, and this shows near 100% function. Certain parts of the brain are used to control body function, but if you mean what would happen if we could apply the remaining % of our useable brain to intellect, then I think we would no longer be a level zero species.
