Got a new kitten and my older kitten is not so happy

Im not used to my older kitten hissin so much and his pickin on the new kitten a lot I mean his really biting him and chasing him and just being me and his never hissed at me before and he did… What do I do I dont want to really punish him I mean its not his fault rite?

What do you I do?

Spray him with water when he goes after the kitten…that kitten is dependent on you to protect it. Your older cat is…well a cat…they’re territorial, so it will take a while for him to accept the new kitten…he will, tho.

you just have to let them be … just try and sepereate them if they get TOO cranky towards each other

intrduce them slowly 2 each other, use cat toys and play with 1 cat and the other mite join in 2, its becuase your kitten is knew and not used 2 sharein his/hers home with another cat its a bit like there terrorty (sry cnt spel)in time they should get used 2 each other… my 2 cats hated each other, now there inseprable!! theres a pic of them on my profile x
