New kitten won't go to the bathroom

I just go a new kitten today and I dont know what is wrong with her she cant go to the bathroom is there any problems with my sweet new kitten

Answer #1

How old is he/she?

If the kitten is under 6 weeks, it will not urinate or defecate without being stimulated. The kittens should remain with the mother during this time. If you managed to get a kitten under 6 weeks and can’t reunite it with the Mom, you can stimulate it yourself.

Get a paper towel and dampen it with some warm water. Then gently hold the kitten over the sink, and rub it’s butt/genital area in quick sweeping motions (like a cat tongue). It should pee and/or poop right away.
