What are the best fruits for you?

I’m wondering because they all have so much sugar in them

All fruits are good for you, your body needs sugar and fruits have natural sugars. Bananas are good as they are very high in protein- they are a great on-the-go breakfast and are good when doing exercise. Apples are a healthy fresh alternative to snacking on sweet foods, Oranges are good for drinks, Pineapple, Strawberries and peaches are good on cereals.

The sugar in fruits isn’t bad for you. It isn’t the same kinda sugar as glucose. So you can actually eat a lot of it. The best fruits, well that depends on what your body needs. I know what I like the most, which is litchis and grapes, but I try to eat a variety everyday.

yes fruits do have sugar in them, but it is natural sugar, which means its healthy for you, fruits and vegetables are so good for you, its the high fructose corn syrup that gets people ‘addicted’ to what they think is sugar but is just man-made sugar. so to answer your question all fruits are good for you..

As everyone else said, all fruit is good for you. There are, however, fruits that are particularly good for certain things. :) like do you want something that is low in calories? (berries, peaches) do you want something that will help with digestion? ( figs, grapes, prunes, apples, bananas) do you want a fruit that is particularly high in potassium? (cantaloupe, papaya, kiwi, banana) All fruit is good for you! :) Lots of them have multiple things that they are high in but the best thing to do is just eat a variety. Don’t decide that one fruit is better than the others and mostly only get that one fruit. Variety is best.
