I'm on a diet now, and I'm looking for the healthiest and most tasty fruit. Please make sure it has low sugar.
Bananas are very good for you before/throughout exercise. They are high in potassium which gives your body energy. Try not to eat bananas and just sit around because they are meant for exercising with. Any fruit is good for you, but in moderation. Try and eat 4-5 pieces of fruit a day, and 3 different vegetables a day.
Fruit ideas:
-Bananas -Grapes -Apples -Peaches
(Eating fruit out of a can is bad as it is sooo high in sugar and is often set in syrup.)
prunes, grapefruits, apples,grapes a tip: you don't neccesarily have to DIET, try letting off the fast foods, and processed. as far as exercising, try jogging around the block & crucnhes daily.Or yoga, which is most effective, and fun:) I've lost 30lbs in the last month. good luck hun much love:)
Well fruit sugars are good for you but too much of anything Is bad . But you could try grape fruit which has about 40-50 calories for half the medium size fruit. But in my opinion I don't like the taste. Apples just like grape fruit are low in calories and high in fiber .
