How can I convince my best friend to eat fruits and veggies?

She’s overweight, and she’s losing her pounds by months but, she doesn’t like any type of fruits or veggies. Which is positively the main thing to have a happy healthy diet, yet she won’t go forth to it/ Is there something I can make that has the nutrients in it, but you won’t taste it? I want to try to get her something that’ll make her think what isn’t in it. She changed me around for different foods to try, welp I wanna help her out. She does drink protein shakes, and she’s doing Herbal life, but I’m not to concerned about how that is helping her.. Any suggestions?

Thats easy tell him/ her that if they care about you he/she will eat them and if they want to live long with as bffs they will eat them = ]

No, she wouldn’t go for that, me and a few friends tried to get her to draw and eat them, like for examples and we told her that she’ll like em and we even put them on ice cream, yet she refused too =/

It’s strange that my friend’s grandfather is 78 years old and he hardly ever eats fruits or veggies because he doesn’t like them. And he seems pretty healthy for his age ;)

Well she eats ice cream every week and all that junk food and doesn’t look forward to have healthy cuisines or dinners that have some sort of fiber, I just don’t want her to go through the stages of a diabetic.

My adoptive mom NEVER made me eat fruits and veggies! You develop a taste for them and I never did. I hate all veggies but corn and potatoes, and most fruits. I will eat apples, mandarin oranges, pears, peaches. pinapple on pizza, coconut candy, bananas. You can NOT convince someone who did not grow up eating fruits and veggies to eat them. It has to be done when they are ready and eventually they may start to like apple slices with caramel, mandarin oranges, peaches in a pie, ect. The smoothies are a good idea, as are things made with veggie fibers (veggie burgers… with Katchup). GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lolz…

You can try making home cooked foods that include lots of vegetables or fruits like fried rice. That can include peas, mushroom, chilies, carrots, snap peas, green beans…It’s endless. Just mix the healthy stuff in a tasty recipe. You can try putting fresh apples in a pie. That’ll probably win her over.

Fruit in the protein shakes? Also, I grate courgette and carrots and put them in bolognese sauce for people who dont like vegetables. Also, what about fruit and vegetable juice like V8 or something? Its not going to provide the insoluble fibre you get from the whole food but it could be a start.

Scare her . 8D IDEA!!!!! Tell her your going on a veggie / fruit strike . Then plop out in front of her and have a weird attack. SAY thats from not eating right .
