Fruits/Veggies thats are high in vitamins
what fruits are the best, like which fruits give you the most antioxidants,fiber, and protein? also if you can think of any vegtables that would be helpful as well.
Very few vegetables will give you whole protiens. Lentils, and soy beans are two that come to mind. That is why soy everything is used by vegetarians, even more by vegans. In terms of your diet eating lean meat is easier and if you’re not willing to eat lentils or soy for your protien or learning how to blend partial protiens is your best bet.
You really do want to mix up the colors of vegetables that you eat because color shows some nutritional content. Orange shows beta carotene (vitamin A essentiall), but green vegetables have very little to none of that.
For all purpose nutrition I suggest broccolli. high in fiber, high in antioxidants, very high in other nutrients as well. If you don’t like carrots, or any other food with some vitamin A in it, and don’t want to suppliment, try mangos if you can find them (note it is rumored that you’ll turn orange if you eat too much vitamin A. Supposedly happened to WWII pilots).
