Vegetables and protein would be more effective. Fruit is full of natural sugar, which doesn’t really help fast weight loss. But yes if that is all you are eating you will lose weight, along with cardio excersise (get your heart rate up - running etc)
I agree with intense, to lose weight you’ll have to do a lot of cardio — running, cycling, swimming. good luck!
