Flat tummy without abs

Againt the faulty health teacher.

Anyways…

I’m generally well proportioned… exept for my tummy

What are exercises I can do to tone that area without betting manly abs?

I got the diet down pat. But if I dont do work to burn the carbs I do take in. im not accomplishing much…

I cant do crunches on the floor because I have back spasms that act up when trapped on the floor… any help? please?

hmm, try lying on a matt, lift your legs up then do crunches this will keep your back tight so maby there will be no spasms, plus spasms mainly happen when your tired so try resting, plus if you got a flat stomach no problem any girl with a smooth stomach is hot, you don’t need a 4 or 6 pack what have you to get a dudes attention. if that’s not what your after then just do the floor thingys!

try small amounts of sit ups, or something along the lines of the ab king thingy, just dont go over board with the excersises other wise you will begin to tone
