What low impact exercises can I do for Flat Abs & Hips?

I know it sounds stupid and people will say I'm not fat, but that is not my reasoning for this question: I am an avid yoga practitioner and I have become quite limber & considerably thinner from practicing dynamic yoga, but I cannot seem to find anything that targets and tones my lower abs and my "love handles". Does anyone know some good, low impact moves/exercises that would help?
