drink lots of water and do sports. many people dont know this but water is the only beverege in the world that doesnt have calories or fat at all. it just goes trought your body and finishes the feelings of thrist.

Don’t make excersising out like it’s a chore, which will make you even more disgusted with it. Instead, have fun with it, o something you really enjoy, like me, I just go in my basement and dance and jump around like a fool ( lol) stupid, but it really gets that heart pumping.) An don’t eat healthy food that tastes nasty either ( even tho a lot of it does), try something that tastes awesome, but is good for you too. Like a pb and j wich, or a shake. Don’t jump into this either, getting fit is a gradual thing, you won’t be in olympic shape overnight.

My plan regarding fitness is waking up early going for walking, drinking lemon water with honey, doing exercises, taking light break fast like bread jam, avoiding oily and junk food, drinking fruit juices, take sleep for enough time. If you following these things at regularly, you can see the best results on your body.
