What sport do you do for exercise and how fit are you?

I am (hopefully) finishing my studies this year and will start working next year and because I’ll be having my eveninings and weekends free I woud like to start some sort of physical activity to keep me fit and strong.

So what do you guys do to keep fit and that isn’t too expensive? I was thinking either taking up pole-dancing (those girls have insane figures) or kick boxing. Ideas please?

Walking and light jogging are my two exercises I do every day after work for an hour. (Two hours if I have someone with me). Wouldn’t say I’m fit and tone, but I can talk whilst jogging or walking without passing out.

cross country running, track and feild and hockey! im pretty fit actually!! i find it fun jogging 5 km everyday! hockey is no doubt gonna keep u fit but u have to put an effort! for track.. join a track club! there they ll make u run hard and trust me ull be fit in the end! you also go to meets and stuff over the weekends and i find those quite exciting:D

no sport, i just use a bowflex, it helps a lot :D
