What are healthy filling foods?

I am not fat, but I am afraid I will be. I usually eat 3 meals a day but they are not very filling. Espesially breakfast and lunch, because I make those myself usually. I snack most of the day, but know that that is very unhealthy. What kind of food is filling to eat during meals, because I don’t want to snack through out the day?

Some snacks are carrots pretzels fruit (apples bannana ect.

you need to have snacks because 3 meals a day usually isnt enough 6 small meals during the day is a much better option when you eat properly, your less likley to binge on junk food because you feel full eat healthy things like chicken, meat, fish, pasta, wholgrain bread and fruits and vegies

a lot af little meals is actually healthier than 3 big meals.

Jacket potatos and pasta are filling, but not great to eat late at night because your body needs time to burn off the carbs before they turn into fat. For breakfast perhaps try omlette or egg on toast to keep you full till lunch
