Is 125 pounds healthy for a 5'5" fifteen year old?

And does anyone know a way to get your face slimmer?

That is a healthy weight. As for your face being too wide(?) judging from your pics I think you look quite fine. Your skull isn’t deformed or anything so don’t worry about it :D

You’re perfectly healthy (and stunning, by the way) and the only way to get a thinner face is to lose weight. Which I wouldn’t recommend. Anyways, your face looks fine. Any thinner and I think it would look a tad drawn out.

That is a healthy/normal weight to have. And if the picture you posted is of you, as posted, your quite lovely as you are. There are facial excercises you can do to tone the muscles in your face and neck area but doesn’t necessarily make your face slimmer.

To “slim a face”, you’re going to have to work everything else. There is no “face workout”. You will gain a little muscle (a little is never unattractive) because your weight should stay the same, but, since you’re working out, you’ll have less fat overall, including on your face.

Yes thats healthy. For a slim face you just have to work out the rest of your body and your face will naturally slim out and be more defined.

It’s healthy weight. Weight is subjective as well because if you’re an athlete, you can weigh even more while having similar body composition.

As for the face to be ‘slimmer’, the only way to do that is to lose body fat. I don’t know what percentage it is for females, but for males, the face begins to usually create lines and look more defined when the person is under 10% body fat. That could be at 13-15% for females I think.
