How can I lose fifteen pounds and tone my body?

can I loose 15 pounds and be toned in 3 months. What diet and excersice can I do to tone my legs, butt and abs. I am 5’1’’ and my weight is 133lbs. I want to loose about 10-15lbs but I also want to tone myself. My butt is very jiggly and my legs. I have cellulite because I am not in shape can I do from know to the summer where I can have nice legs, butt, and abs?

If you’re looking to seriously lose the jiggly and flabbiness in your legs and butt then think about running. If you run for 5 times a week and eat more fruits and vegetables the 10-15 lbs should be easy. As far as your abs try doing sit-ups before running and after to reinforce the exercise. Honestly, running is the best way to do it.

drink 8 glasses of water a day. eat 6 small meals a day.no rice, no pasta, no bread. lots of fruits and vegetables. do cardio excercise 4 times a week. work on each muscle of your body once a week. do 3 sets on each muscle; first set 15 reps,next set 13 reps, last set 12 reps. increasing the weight in every set ex: first set 5lbs, second set 7lb, last set 9. never do cardio the day you work on your legs. if you follow this routine you’ll get in shape in no time.
