How fattening is cheddar cheese and crackers?

Not sure exactly how fattening it is, but I know that cheese is only healthy in moderation. It’s healthy if you were to have a slice of cheese each day but don’t exceed. And for crackers it also depends how much you eat and the brand. If you eat vegethins obviously that is going to be a lot healthier than just plain white salted crackers.
