I am 14 years old. I live in Bellefonte, PA. I want to know if there are any Fat Camps near me?
I really really really really super really need to loose weight.

Well, it all depends on how fat you are. And remember, fat camps cost money. I actually live between Pottstown and Reading PA. Post a pic on your profile. Here’s some tips:
1)Just go on a long run every day. If you take a long run, reward yourself with a movie or something, not food. Make sure once you get up to a nice distance. Try doing it faster. Trust me, I run track.
2)Don’t eat snacks. Only eat Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
3)Don’t get second servings.

Drink plenty of water and sleep much better. People say if you get a good night’s sleep, you are less hungry during the day.

Limit the amount of soda you drink during the day.
