Im not sure if theres fat camps in cali, i havent seen any.for your height your about 20 pounds over weight which you can loose by exercising and cutting out soda,try to exercise at least 3 times a week, run at the park if you dont want to join a gym.

no idea and i know u dont wanna hear it but if u jog for half an hour, more then 4 times a week, your legs and stomach will get tones, REALLY REALLY fast!
