I did the same today Dx. What i do is just go for a jog , do some sit-ups. Jumping jacks , pushups , lunges and pree much anything. I like looking up videos on YouTube that show some cool workouts , and they’re really fun :D

well i jog daily and do ab workouts and jumping jacks while eating healthy and i have issues maintaing my weight so i need something more to do =T

4 hour body…how to avoid weight gain when binging. Drink a small glass of water with one freshly squeezed lemon prior to eating. do 20 air squats prior to eating - will help your body convert food to muscle fuel rather that fat.
