how to tighten the skin after weight loss?
I have reduced my weight in 3-4 months.My waist is reduced from 33” to 27 “ now. I am very happy now bt my skin is loose below the navel due to weight loss.it makes 3-4 big wrinkle lines there. I m doing exercise to strechup the muscles there.any advice of gd and best exercise which hv worked for you or any cream which have worked for you.
navel is belly button.
I dont know what a navel is. . . but just like loosing weight of the body, to tone up the best way is speedwalking and stomache crunches. it worked for my mom. also smiling then unsmiling for 7mins a day helps cheeks tone up after drastic weight loss. if you feel the cheeks achee then its working.
